Get Involved
There are lots of ways that you can contribute to your child's education and get involved at Brighton Park Elementary. Teachers are always looking for volunteers to help in their classrooms, chaperone field trips, decorate bulletin boards, and plan student celebrations. Reach out to your child's teacher and let them know what special skills and interests you can contribute!
We are happy to run a Parent Mentor Program in partnership with BPNC. This program trains parents to be advocates for their community and work within the school - while earning a small monetary stipend! If you are interested in learning more, email the assistant principal at acollingham@cps.edu. Finally, make sure that you are on the lookout for family events such as literacy or arts night. We can't wait to see you there!
