When Ms. Young talks about education it is clear that she believes that education is an essential part of life usually resulting in change. Our first teachers are our parents, relationships and experiences. We continue to learn in formal settings in educational partnerships; to prepare us to be productive citizens where we live and serve others. We now have the challenge of being Global Citizens, what we do now affects the world.
Ms. Young is a Fourth Grade Teacher, a team member in the Brighton Park School learning community. BPES is an oasis in the Brighton Park Community.
Ms. Young’s super parents are Henry and Hazel Young. She is the eldest of eight siblings, two sisters and five brothers.
